We have defined the prices on our websites in a way that would fairly compensate for quality writing work as well as allow our company to earn money. So in essence, the pricing policy of our company is based on this simple principle: we charge our customers just enough for our company and our writers to earn good money. Those clients of ours who are happy with the quality of papers we provide are happy to pay tips to our writers which assumes more opportunities to earn extra cash.

Here is what we usually pay to our writers:

Writers' salaries are sent once per month. The payment is released within 7 days after it has been calculated (15-20th of every month) for all orders completed during the 1st and the 30th (or 31st) of the previous month.
